New Start Date! June 1st

We had our informational meeting last night and while we have had a lot of interest in the program, we have not had the commitment we need to begin as soon as we had hoped. As a result, we have decided to postpone the start date to June 1st. If you are interested in becoming a part of this program please register using the link to the right.

We have also changed the schedule of the morning CrossFit classes. They will now be at 8am. the morning yoga will remain at 9am on Tuesday mornings.

If for some reason your schedule doesn't allow you to attend all morning or all evening classes you can float between the morning and evening. The first 12 CrossFit sessions will be mandatory, so if you miss the 3rd session in the morning section, you must make up that same session in the evening or on a one on one basis with Jen at an additional cost. The first 12 sessions are where we teach you all of the movements that will be used throughout the program. Your understanding of these movements is imperative as we continue forward with the program.

Please continue to spread the word about this fantastic program so we can ensure a start date of June 1st. We want you all to start seeing results as soon as possible!
