It was tempting to stay in bed on this rainy Friday morning. But sleeping couldn't possibly be more enjoyable than Medicine Ball Cleans now could it? I understand you all have a choice everyday. You can choose to stay in bed or you can choose to do something that is not always easy but usually fun. I am so excited that you have chosen yourself, chosen health and fitness and chosen not to give up even when the workouts are challenging.

That sounds really awesome, and I am sorry to have missed it!! I was thinking of you all sweating and rocking out between my shivers and iburofen doses!!! (Hope I didn't get anyone sick on Wednesday, either!) & damn, were those the medicine ball moves that Devorah was talking about Tuesday? I can't wait to learn 'em, if so! They sound scary!

ReplyDeleteFriday was KICK-ASS. Loved it and as always felt the challenge and the burn. My front thighs feel great. Rowing was fun - I've wanted to know how to do this correctly for some time.
This blog is really great. It's now my home page. I love the post today Jen and it's so true. Everyone allows their feelings to drive behavior forgetting that behavior can change your feelings.
