Bring a Friend



Meg and Meghan both brought friends with them to class on Friday and they had a great time. I think Molly and Marisa really enjoyed being a part of the group and seeing how hard everyone is working. They left smiling and sweaty. I encourage each of you to bring a friend in to class any day you like. Bring someone you think may be interested in joining the fall program so that they can get a better sense of what CrossFit is. Or just bring someone you want to share your success with! You ladies have been working hard for two months and I am so proud of all of you. You have made such progress and it truly shows.
