The functional movements that we focus on during this program are not patented or trademarked and require no special equipment because they are the natural movements of the body. We are not trying to sell you some gadget we invented, we are trying to help you improve the quality of your daily life. The improvements and progress you make here in the gym carry over into your daily life.
Keep practicing that squat form. Try to become conscious of the way your body moves throughout your day, not just when you come to the gym. Really think about maintaining good squat form as you sit and stand at your desk chair, the toilet, onto the floor to play with your kids.
Be mindful and aware of your body.
I can't help but be mindful of my form as I squat and feel my muscles sore from these squats yesterday! I've been trying to move around and stay limber and warmed up to recover more quickly and not let myself get stiff!
