Gratitude

Today was a relaxing day of yoga. Stretching our muscles and opening our hearts will become even more important and appreciated as we continue with this program. As we lay quietly on our sides, Devorah asked us to bring to mind three things that we are grateful for. This is something I try to make a nightly habit before I go to sleep. Today, I am grateful that I have a job that I love and am able to do what I love everyday, I am grateful for sunshine and warm weather, and I am grateful for my health because my bad days are still pretty good!

  1. I'm so grateful to have this group now! Excellent yoga class today and tomorrow will be our first real exertion. This is much more meaningful to me than it was before and I will keep my journal up!
