Turning your world upside down

Today we worked on kipping pullups and handstands. The handstand in particular take a bit of courage. Being upside down is not our natural state and so we resist it. When we were younger we were more fearless and could attempt things like this much easier. Today we overcame some fears and got ourselves upside down, and had some fun doing it!

  1. I really enjoyed trying to do the handstand. Though I was worried about messing up the whiteboard! =) Awesome workout afterward too, it definitely feels like we have a workout after our work out (skills), which comes after our warm up...which is a lot like most work outs! Love it.
