This morning's dedicated women were Meghan and Robin. They did a great job on their team workout, sharing reps of press, push press, back squat and front squat and then tossing the wall ball. It was a tough workout, especially the front squats which still felt a little unfamiliar since we don't practice them a lot. Look for more of this movement and others that have been forgotten since the first month of instruction.
Dinner is still scheduled for Wednesday night at Robin's house. We are meeting there at 7:30 to enjoy a healthy, paleo friendly meal together.
