Tail Pipe



Meg and Meghan were the only dedicated women to show up this Friday. If you weren't here, you missed out! We laughed a lot, Meghan snorted a little. We worked on handstands, box jumps and ring dips. After getting more comfortable with those movements, M&M did a team workout called Tail Pipe. While one person rows 250m the other person has to hold two kettlebells in the rack position, 3 rounds. So rowing faster is not just for your own good anymore, especially after you have held the kettlebells and know how heavy they get! Great job girls and thanks for coming in. I had such a fun morning with you.

Don't forget that the Roller Derby is tonight. Come out and support Becky and the NutCrackers. See you there.

  1. Man, my elbows were ALL the way down in that photo, it looks like I deflated. Boo!

    I definitely had fun, though; thanks to Jen and Meghan for an awesome morning!!! Thanks also to everyone else training and laughing, too.

    "[W]orked on... ring dips" might be pushing the truth a bit, more like "laughed at the concept of ring dips and fell over a lot." I couldn't keep my arms in for that, and figured out elbows to my torso just in time for Tail Pipe, where they were supposed to be out!
